2. Data we process

Complete card numbers, card security codes and card expiry dates are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by AI Marcus.
3. Legal bases
- Contract: account access, generation, editing, hosting, export, billing and support requested by you.
- Legal obligation: accounting, tax, fraud-response and legally required records or disclosures.
- Legitimate interests: service security, abuse prevention, incident investigation and reliable operation, balanced against user rights.
- Consent: optional analytics, marketing technologies and communications where consent is required. Consent may be withdrawn at any time for future processing.
4. Providers and recipients
We share data only as needed to provide, secure or legally support AI Marcus. The providers used for a particular request depend on the feature and checkout method you choose.

5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR transfer restrictions apply, we use an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards required by law. You may request information about the safeguard relevant to a particular transfer.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary cookies and browser storage support authentication, security, language and privacy preferences. Optional analytics and marketing scripts do not load before you grant the relevant category. Referral attribution is stored only when marketing storage is allowed.
You can accept, reject, change or revoke optional categories through . Rejecting optional technologies does not block account or project functionality.
7. Retention
We retain account and project data while needed to provide the service or until deletion is requested, unless a legal or security reason requires further retention. Transaction records are retained for the period required by accounting, tax and dispute rules. Security logs, support records and backups are kept only for operational, security or legal needs and are deleted or de-identified when those needs end.
Optional analytics providers apply their own configured retention periods after consent. Contact us if you need information about retention for a specific record.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the service, including encrypted transport, access controls, credential hashing, logging and recovery processes. No system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent for future processing. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority.

Prism Hooldus OÜ's lead supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, Andmekaitse Inspektsioon. You may also contact the competent authority where applicable law permits.
10. Children
AI Marcus is not directed to children. If you believe a child submitted personal data without the authorisation required by applicable law, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Policy changes
We may update this policy when processing, providers or law change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page. We will provide additional notice where required by law.
