Terms of Service
These terms govern access to AI Marcus, a credit-based website creation and editing service.

2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, purchasing credits or using AI Marcus, you enter into an agreement with Prism Hooldus OÜ under these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. What AI Marcus provides
AI Marcus provides tools for generating, editing, publishing and exporting websites and related content. Features may use third-party artificial intelligence, media, hosting, domain and payment services.
AI output can contain errors or unsuitable material. You are responsible for reviewing content, code, legal notices, claims, accessibility, security and regulatory requirements before publishing or relying on a result.
4. Credits, prices and payment
- AI Marcus uses credits rather than a subscription plan.
- New accounts receive 15 starter credits. Starter credits expire 12 months after they are granted.
- Purchased credit packs expire 24 months after purchase.
- Website generation starts at 8 credits. AI edits cost 2 credits. Image, video, cloning, rebuilding, badge removal, custom domains and other metered actions have separate credit costs shown in the product or on the billing page.
- Credits are service units. They are not money, electronic money, cryptocurrency or a transferable financial instrument.
Credit-pack prices and action costs may change for future purchases or future actions. A change does not alter credits already consumed.
Card and supported wallet payments are processed through Stripe. Telegram Stars may be offered for eligible checkouts. AI Marcus does not store complete payment-card numbers or security codes.
Auto-refill is optional and off by default. If you enable it, the selected pack may be purchased automatically when the displayed balance condition is met. You can disable auto-refill in billing settings.
5. Consumer withdrawal and refunds
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Information about statutory withdrawal, billing errors, non-conforming digital services and how to submit a request is available in our Refund and Withdrawal Information.
Where permitted by law, checkout may ask you to request immediate performance and to acknowledge the legal effect that immediate supply can have on a statutory withdrawal right. Such acknowledgement is separate from accepting these terms.
No separate voluntary money-back guarantee is promised by these terms. Refund and withdrawal requests are assessed under applicable law, the facts of the transaction and the payment provider's processing rules.
6. Your content and generated output
You retain rights you hold in prompts, files, brand assets and other content you provide. You grant Prism Hooldus OÜ a limited licence to host, copy, process and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.
Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may use output created for you. AI-generated material may not be unique, and similar output may be produced for other users. You must have the necessary rights to all material you upload and publish.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use AI Marcus to:
- break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or facilitate fraud;
- create malware, phishing, deceptive impersonation or unauthorised credential-collection pages;
- circumvent security, credit metering, access controls or usage limits;
- interfere with the service or other users, or use automated access in a way that harms availability;
- submit content you are not authorised to process.
We may block a request, restrict functionality or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service or legal compliance.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep AI Marcus available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider incidents, network failures and security work can affect access. We may change or discontinue a feature, while respecting mandatory rights and obligations relating to paid digital services.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Prism Hooldus OÜ is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities or decisions made without reviewing AI-generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies.
10. Ending use of the service
You may stop using AI Marcus at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, security risk or non-payment. Account deletion and termination remain subject to data or transaction records that must be retained by law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence. Courts and statutory out-of-court mechanisms remain available where applicable law provides them.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, law or providers change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be communicated as required by applicable law.
